Ordering Process
Choose the product(s) you want to buy and add it into your
shopping cart.
Click on the 'check out' button by following the steps provide by
Ecrater.
An acknowledgement email will be sent to you regarding the
order confirmation with specified Shipping Fee on your order.
(Minimum purchase for Fashion wear = 10 pieces (mix and match)
Once you are agree with the shipping fee (Charges to be confirm by seller through email) , you needs to pay the exact Amount via Paypal or Bank Transfer (for Singapore Bank only) Once you are agreeable to the fee.
Once Payment confirmed, we will deliver the ordered Goods Immediately and send a Confirmation Email.
EXCLUSION LIST
Singapore Government 5.0 % GST - if applicable custom duties,
import taxes, etc at buyer country - if applicable
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment for 100% of the sales value shall be by a confirmed
and irrevocable letter of credit at sight with a Singapore based
bank with 100% advance payment upon confirmation of order.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
30 % of Contract value shall be imposed 4 days after
receipt of order
50 % of Contract value shall be imposed 5 days after
receipt of order.
75 % of Contract value shall be imposed 7 days after
receipt of order.
100 % of Contract value shall be imposed 14 days after
receipt of order.
Shipping/Delivery Information
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the
merchandise weight of your orders. Minimum flat rate of USD 16
for 0.2lb and above. For more information regarding Shipment
charges, please email us.
Orders that are within singapore, shipment charges will be
excluded. Clients will need to pay for the local postage and
handling charges.
Estimation of delivery time 2 ~ 4 weeks
Item shown are subjected to availability.
Bervin Transform reserve the right in refunding the payment in
the event when items is out of stock without any compensation.
Order charges are calculated before taxes

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Local Bank Fund Transfer
Internet or ATM funds transfer is a secure method of transferring fund to a third party. We will supply you with our bank account details after you have made an order with us by email.
